Min Jeong
Jewellery Designer
Growing up in a crafty family, making things by hand always felt natural to her. After studying photography, she was drawn to jewellery as a way to bring together her artistic eye, love of detail, and desire to create beautiful objects with meaning.
Having grown up across Korea, Japan, and Adelaide, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work. These different places, cultures, and experiences have shaped the way she sees form, texture, and materiality, and continue to influence every piece she creates.
Each piece is designed and handcrafted in her Adelaide studio. Her work began with an interest in abstract shapes and organic forms, and over time has become increasingly inspired by nature, especially the ocean, shells, waves, and the quiet textures of the natural world. She loves blending sculptural forms with natural references to create jewellery that feels considered, tactile, and timeless.
