Minqi Gu is a Brisbane based object artist and has a Master degree in Architecture. Having worked in major architecturual firms around the world, she has exhibited in numerous prestigious galleries around Australia, including Powerhouse Brisbane, Artisan, Craft ACT, Jam Factory, Australia Design Centre and Geelong Gallery. She was also a national finalist for the Toowoomba regional art gallery Contemporary Wearables 21 Biennial Jewellery Award as well as Make Award for the Australian Design Centre in Sydney. Her work stretches across contemporary jewellery, ceramics and lighting design.
