Kiri Bowmer
Landscape Architect
Kiri Bowmer is a landscape architect and architectural designer based in Adelaide, working across public realm and place-based design. Alongside her professional practice, she develops a personal creative practice that offers a counterpoint to the precision and pace of architectural production, shifting instead toward lo-fi, tactile expression rooted in nature, materiality, and making.
After Hours, her work is informed by time spent in natural environments - hiking, camping, and freediving - and is driven by atmosphere, process, and feeling rather than fixed outcomes or resolution. This slower, more intuitive approach allows space for experimentation and impermanence, prioritising sensory experience over polished end product.
